We manufacture our own products in-house and utilize local vendors for all our raw materials and sewing processes. Control of our production means we can control lead-times specific to your needs. True Threds is one of the only vendors in the market which allows its customers to choose their own production timelines and pricing. - One of your players lost a jersey a week before a tournament? No problem! Place an order with the appropriate lead-time and your player will not miss one game out of uniform. - Have plenty of time before you need your jerseys and want the best possible price? Perfect! Choose the 30+ day production option at checkout and you'll be getting the best price for an American made product in the market.. Below are our four (4) production options that will be available to you when shopping our catalog: 30+day = Base Price +$0 (will not exceed 40 days) 14-29 day = Base Price + $5.00 per item 10-14 day = Base Price + $15.00 per item 5-9 day = Base Price x 2 All production times are business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Production time starts 24 hours after order submission and will ship sometime by or between the selected range. It DOES NOT include shipping/time in transit to get to you.

Unless with prior approval from a representative, True Threds requires payment in full and up front for all production orders. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zelle. We do not accept checks or cash.

Designing for dye-sublimation requires a uniquely skilled designer with expert knowledge of both the design platform and the production process. Our in-house designers have decades of experience and are here to work with you one-on-one to create a truly unique and custom design that is specific to you that you love. However, this process can take dozens of hours to complete and the labor costs often far exceed the value of the entire order. In order to offset a small portion of those costs, we charge a one-time $200.00 fee for custom designs. If your order exceeds $2,000.00 USD in value we will credit that design fee towards your order.

Yes! Click here to browse our design templates. You must have some basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. File must be submitted to scale, with all art in vector format and CMYK color mode. For accuracy, utilize CMYK Black (0,0,0,100) in all your artwork. If you have any questions, email us info@truethreds.com and we'll be happy to help.

The costs to do a custom design can easily reach $1,000 or more and we're happy to absorb this cost as part of your ongoing business with us. If you'd like a copy of the artwork True Threds created on your behalf for another manufacturer to use and produce, we will provide that to you at a cost of $499.00 USD. By purchasing your artwork, you will receive all vector files of the complete uniform artwork and logos and retain full ownership rights of said artwork. True Threds will not use or reproduce your artwork for anyone other than you.

In most instances, a custom team logo can be produced fairly quickly. However, in some circumstances the design request for a team logo can be extensive and intricate. Upon review of your design request, we may require payment to produce your logo for you. Logo design fees can range from $200-$1,000 depending on the request. For that payment you will own the logo and we will provide you with all necessary filetypes (.pdf, .eps, .png, ,jpg) for you to keep. For cheaper options, we do recommend searching online and utilize design or artificial intelligence websites to create your logo. These are often low cost and, sometimes, even free. We can do minor tweaks in-house to existing logos typically at no charge.

All artwork created by True Threds is considered the intellectual property of True Threds. Click here to read our Intellectual Property Policy for more information. If you would like to purchase the exclusive rights of certain artwork generated by True Threds please contact us at info@truethreds.com for more information. By purchasing such artwork, you will receive all vector files of the complete uniform artwork and logos and retain full ownership rights of said artwork. True Threds will not use or reproduce your artwork for anyone without your written consent.

We promise our product will be free from defects upon delivery and we stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. We offer a limited 60-day warranty that guarantees the quality of our product or we'll remake it for free. Warranty Policy 1. Warranty Coverage: True Threds offers a warranty on all products purchased directly from us or authorized distributors. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery. 2. Scope of Warranty: Replacement: During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product/service at no charge. Conditions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other circumstances not arising from defects in materials and workmanship. 3. Making a Warranty Claim: Notification: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at warranty@truethreds.com Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided to validate the warranty claim. Proof of Defect: Please take a picture of the defects in question for our team to review. Photos of the defect & the full product in view are required. For example: a clear picture of the defect PLUS the front and back of the jersey showing the defect so we can see the team and individual player and trace back to the original production. Return Procedure: Depending on the nature of the warranty claim, you may be required to return the product/service. Instructions for returns, if necessary, will be provided upon contacting customer service. 4. Exclusions: This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage due to: Normal wear and tear Improper maintenance and care instructions Use outside of intended purposes: our products are not intended to be used on outdoor surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, sidewalks, clay, dirt. This warranty does not cover issues related to color: We do not guarantee the color of re-orders of the same design will match with 100% accuracy to orders from a prior production. We do not guarantee that colors viewed on a screen, monitor, phone, tablet or computer will match with 100% accuracy to the actual product. 5. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products/services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products/services. 6. Governing Law: This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 7. Modification of Warranty Policy: True Threds reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised warranty policy. 8. Coverage includes: Stitching Defects: seams, hems, top stitching, buttons, elastic, etc. Material Defects: rips, tears, other issues that affect the integrity of the garment only if it was used on approved surfaces such as manufactured plastic tiles, rubber mats, lacquered wood, grass, artificial turf, ice sheet. Printing Errors: inconsistent colors among similar products from the same production batch, misspelled names or incorrect numbers that differ from your order submission, color runs or bleeds, ghosting/shadows/"kissing" not intended in original design,.

1. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping via UPS for all orders placed on our website. 2. Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 24 hours after production has completed. 3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated directly from the courier and based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. 4. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. 5. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products. If you have a defect or issue with your order, please submit a warranty claim to warranty@truethreds.com and we will do everything we can to remedy the issue at hand.
