Dye-Sublimation Printing
Dye-sublimation is the process of printing a computer generated graphic using dye-inks and transferring (aka sublimating) that graphic onto fabric, or other synthetic material.
With unlimited color capabilities, sublimation yields beautiful colors that are permanently embedded in the fabric, rather than on the surface. Artwork & graphics will never fade or crack, even after multiple washings.
Roll to Roll Heat Transfer
The heat transfer process involves feeding printed paper and white synthetic fabric through a rolling heat press that sustains a constant temperature as high as 415° (f) and up to 100 psi of pressure.
This combination of heat, time and pressure converts the dye into a gas and transfers it into the fabric all in under 60 seconds.
Laser Cutter w/ Vision AutoCut
With one of the only laser-cutters of this kind on the West Coast, we are able to cut any design or file without the requirement of registration marks or preloaded cut files.
We simply load the printed fabric onto the machine and the vision-scan system auto-generates cut files on the fly. This allows for precise, non-stop production and incredibly fast turn times.
